It would be really nice to have more advance notice of server downtime. I'm thinking ideal (& doable) should be:

Notification of servers going down in 20 minutes to those in game.
Notification at match start of how long till downtime if within the 20 minute window.
Notification at 15, 10 and 5 minutes till downtime.

Hopefully that would let most games complete before they went down. Personally, I was in one tonight and got a "1 minute till servers go down" notice in the middle of a match. Wile we ran it down till one team only had 1 mech left, that one was disconnect and the match didn't end (and was not credited). More notice could have allowed it to complete.
