Are you tired of playing with "teammates" who do not seem to understand the basic mechanics of Mechwarrior Online?

Have you ever spent half a match getting into the perfect position to spot, snipe, or ambush only to have a "teammate" draw the entire opposing team right to you?

Do you ever find yourself wanting to author a treatise on why you should lock your enemies?

If you have exhibited these, or any other syptoms of playing with PUGs, then perhaps AGI is for you. Here at the Advanced Gaming Institute, we take experienced gamers and match them with other experience gamers to enable enjoyable multiplayer and online gaming experiences.

At AGI, we're always looking for talented gamers to join our ranks. Even if you're not talented, as long as you have the capability to learn and can behave like a civilized human being, you are probably qualified.

In order to ensure the the best experience possible, we do have a few requirements:
1.) All applicants must be at least 22 years of age.
2.) All applicants must be able to speak english.
3.) All applicants must pass a general knowledge examination(seriously).
4.) All applicants must pass a Mechwarrior Online specific knowledge examination(again, not kidding).
5.) All applicants must agree to abide by the AGI code of conduct:
try to keep swearing to a minimum
try to avoid trolling
try to keep all discussion G rated
don't (publicly)discuss politics
don't (publicly)discuss religion
don't disparage others


Upon joining AGI you will be joining a group of players who understand Mechwarrior Online well enough to pass a test. All AGI members are also tested on basic concepts of tactic and strategy considered applicable to most games. This means you won't have to encourage your team to target their enemies. You'll never have to explain counter-ECM strategies, and you (probably)won't have to worry about one of your teammates blowing off one of your arms.
