There are still several weapon modules missing especially in the clan department. Only LBX-10 under both Range and Cooldown, no regular ACs at all. Under Cooldown only Streak SRM-2 is present, all the others are missing.
Did you simply copy the IS modules and forgot about the extra clan variants of weapons?

They're adding these in
They had originally left them out for balance concerns, I believe.
