1) If I read "Large Laser Range +10%", does that apply to ER-Large Lasers as well, or is there a separate Quirk on another 'Mech that reads "ER-Large Laser Range +10%"
2) The Quirks that I see now: are they set in stone, or will the developers change around the Quirks as time goes by? Also, will Clan Mechs see any addition in Quirks? I know the OmniPods essentially do this, but I'm speaking because I'm hoping my Summoner is buffed in some way, so that it can compete against other Heavies.
Thanks for the responses guys =D

1) No, LL and ERLL are different weapons. Some specify one, some the other (though in all cases, you get 1/2 for any energy weapon)
2) Set in stone? No, of course not. In fact, they're already seeking feedback here. It seems like the clans will be getting their own pass, as they have very few viable mechs (3 by most estimates).

1) Do the quirks activate right after the patch? I have no way of knowing if any of the other quirks are in order, but my Grid Iron is still missing the extra 18 points of armor It says was added in the november 4th patch.

They don't show that way, but they're there. Get into a private match and have somebody shoot you if you doubt it.

The extra armor & structure does not show in the mechlab. The extra armor bonus is weightless and you don't get to choose how it is allocated, so there are no UI elements currently to show this bonus, weightless, and unmovable armor (and structure is not indicated either)
The bonus is there! Although you'd have to drop in a private match and have a buddy shoot you if you really wanted to see it in action.

I'm sure it's added to the front. It makes sense.

1) LL and ERLL are two separate systems that won't benefit from each other's quirks. Thus, if it says "LL Range +10%," then only the LL will receive that buff. However, if you have a quirk that says "Energy weapon range +10%," then all energy weapons mounted on that Mech will receive a 10% range buff.
2) The quirks are not set in stone. The devs have already acknowledged that this will be the "first pass" on quirks, and that they will revisit the quirk system after letting it run for a bit and getting feedback from the community. They also intend to eventually do a quirk pass on the Clan Mechs.
No problem! If you have more questions, be sure to let us know!
