Severe Framerate Drop Since Last Patch

always ran super smooth, but I had a chance to play today since last big patch and it's hard to do anything...very choppy.

core i7, NVidia GeForce gtx 660m 2gb, 12 gb ram, windows 7

Did you clean the shader cache with repair tool? If you haven't, do so and then launch every level in testing grounds to generate fresh non-corrupted shaders for each level. Hope this helps.
