Doing this causes my client to crash to desktop. I also cannot rebind keys period. Any suggestions on fixing this. I have tried to rebind keys during match, in training grounds and at main menu. Always CTD

maybe try deleting your profile directory (with MWO closed), it should be in the Profiles folder where you installed MWO i think. It will recreate it next time you login

Also, try the Repair Tool if you haven't yet.

Done the repair tool, delete profiles. still cannot rebind keys and I get a screen lockup when I try. Running as admin as well. I cannot rebind any keys what so ever.

Send in a ticket to Support yet? It might take 'em a little while longer than normal to get back to you, but it couldn't hurt.
