Okay, I have a couple semi-tough choices to make. Acquired some mechs way back when they were on sale, for the 3-Chassis-to-Elite grind. Almost finished them and it is time to decide who gets sent back to manufacturer to free up a couple mech bays.
Blue Tribe:
HunchBack 4H:
Pros - Biga55 hunch you can stick a giant cannon in!
Cons- Biga55 hunch other people shoot at with their giant cannons
HunchBack 4SP:
Pros - TWIN hunches! Smaller, so less hunch to punch
Cons - No ballistics
HunchBack 4J:
Pros - Can go hunchless! (no visible hunch if using only lasers)
Cons- Unless going all-energy/no hunch, seems the same as a 4SP?
Which Hunch Gets Dumped?
Red Tribe:
ShadowHawk 2D:
Pros - I dunno, it's a ShadowHawk?
ShadowHawk 2H:
Pros - It had the trial (C) build that had DHS/Endo/Ferro that I couldn't afford anyway
ShadowHawk 2D2:
Pros - Got good rankings in Kiiyor's 'With Science!" thread/match results analysis.
WHICH HAWK WALKS?
Note: I haven't really been keeping up on quirks, tweaks, weaknesses etc. lately. I want to keep 2 of each of the above chassis (for now).
Which Hunch and which Hawk would you bid adieu to, and if you can, a small bit of reasoning why.
Thanks, appreciate any advice offered!

Can't speak for the shadow hawks, but as for hunches the 4H is probably the most hunchie of the hunchies. So he's gotta be a keeper. As for the other two. It boils down to if you want 1 extra beam or a better left/right distribution. 4J can corner peek better, unless of course the corner is on the wrong side. My vote: dump the 4J. I prefer my extra lazors in the arms anyways.
Also, haven't tried it but I think an all beam 4SP is also hunch less, you just get one less beam.

For Shadow Hawks, sell the 2H. All it can do better than the other variants is the 3 AC/2 troll build, which isn't really that great. For any other build, the other variants can match or beat it.

I rather like the HBK-4SP. Not a fan of the shadowhawks so I can't say.

I was already leaning towards voting off the Hunch 4J and the Shadow 2H (2H as mentioned I only got because the trial mech saved me buying upgrades).
So I guess these two poor unwanted 'mechs gather their stuff, get their torch extinguished, and trudge off to Molly's Mech Market where they will go cheap to some band of sloppy pirates.
Unless someone wants to declare an immunity?
(Thanks for all replies!)

Sell all three hunches and get the laser cutter 4P . From those 3, keep 4SP

I like 2H more than 2D.
If that models are the only you have you should not sell 2H because you cant run 2xac5+ppc build. If you'd have 5M you could sell it but I keep mine for ac10+2asrm6 build because I don't have 2d2.

I'd keep the SHD 2H. Things it can do that the other two can't:
2x AC5 (very good)
3x AC5 (it has been known to work)
3x AC2 (as FupDup said, it's a troll build, meh)
3x MG (more of a self-troll build since it blinds you when you fire)
Any Large ballistic + 2x MG (Not tried it, but I've seen it work.)
With the exception of the 2x AC5, no other Hawk can do those builds.
Whereas the 2D and the 2D2 are basically the same mech, although arguably the 2D2's missile hardpoints make it superior.
I'd drop the 2D.
