As suggested in that thread, I ran the MWO repair tool and the pixelation cleared up and stayed that way all week. However, yesterday (presumably after the latest updates) the problem returned with a vegenance and I'm getting this:








I ran the repair tool again, and this time it did not work. The pixelation/lines immediately reappeared.

Please note that I've only been experiencing this problem since the big patch of last week. Everything worked fine before then.

Here are my system specs:

Windows 7, 64-Bit
AMD FX ™-6100 six-core processor, 3.3 GHz
8 GB RAM
ASUS Radeon 7770-2GD5 Video Card
