We are currently closing our recruitment except for European Players or veterans with fully outfitted CW decks. We will be looking to add enthusiastic newer players eventually but due to the unit cap issues we are stopping our new player recruitment at this time except as related to European players.

We use a bit of lore in our rankings but are not a lore based unit and are more interested in playing.

My friend that got me into Mechwarrior likes Steiner so I joined but I've found myself loving clan mechs. Our contract is up in 3 hrs (3:00 EST 11/14/2015). Mind if we get an invite? We're tired of PUG and randoms in CW. We're looking for a good group of people doing CW as a group primarily but I wouldn't mind some PUG buddies.

Hey there, I like your guys' clan/guild/unit description and would definitely like to join.

Interested in just regular drops and some coordinated 12 man CW drops. (My current contract is over in 1 day)

I am definitely newer to the game, I started playing in August of 2015, but I am no stranger to any video game. I am currently tier 3, but at the R in tier. My win loss isn't anything special, but overall I have got a 2.13 kd ratio, with 1,102 kills 518 deaths. I love to pilot light mechs and as I am sure it is no surprise my favorite light mech is an Artic Cheetah, although I do love me some Firestarter action. That being said I really like my Timberwolf and Stormcrow as well, even though they are not mastered.

I also have family that play with me during the evenings as well, so basically I would be "testing the waters" but your description of your player base is what I am looking for, and they would definitely tag along. They are decent players but far more casual.

If this sounds cool shoot me an invite. I am definitely lurking in your TS server as I post this.

Sounds good bud. Even if you decide we aren't the right unit for you and your family you're always welcome to drop by whenever for drops. Of course being in the unit will make it a lot easier for you to earn cbills and coordinate on builds and such.

Be warned, our TS can be a bit rowdy so if you have small kids I wouldn't let them alone unsupervised.

Hello,

After taking an extended break from MWO, I've been looking to get back into the game. While i really like my current/old unit, there just aren't enough people on to play with at the times i'm on.

A bit about me and what i'm looking for.

Due to my job i tend to play all different days and hours, as such a large population is helpful. I've been playing since open beta and regard myself a decent player. (albeit probably a bit rusty as i haven't played in a long time)

I have no problem following orders or battleplans during combat and have played many CW matches. I generally perfer organized drops with friends as i hate playing alone. While i'm fine with following orders, i will not tolerate digital dictators and avoid unit drama and politics like the plague.
As a side note, i don't mind if other people want to roleplay, but i don't like to waste my playtime doing trials, duels or "rights of passage" etc...

The main thing i'm looking for though is a unit that knows how to have fun. My old unit used to be fun but people started taking it way to seriously and it kinda sucked the joy out of the game for me. While i get that at times the BS needs to stop and we put our gamefaces on, i also enjoy F'ing around.
We used to do drunk drops and goofy **** like 8 man trial spider matches (tells you how long ago it was hehe)

We used to get together, get drunk and blow stuff up, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but it was always fun.
That is what i'm looking for more then anything else. Yes i like organized CW matches, but not at the expense of enjoying myself. I'm also the kind of person to constantly make jokes, often dirty, sometimes edgy. It's just my personallity and i have no desire to get "called into HR for a talking to" because of some dirty joke i made.

If this fits your unit please let me know, or if not, perhaps you could point me in the right direction.

I'm not sure how often i'll be on atm as i've no one to play with and quickly get bored playing alone... not to mention Fallout 4... lousy game is taking more of my time then my entire family put together lol... kinda sad really...

But i'll check back here often if you can't catch me in game.
