Several games in a row have been head-shot playing the hellslinger, could go weeks with other mechs and no head damage at all.

I never been headshot in my Battlemaster. I haven't had any problem with the hitboxes, in general.

I'm not sure if it's the Hero Mech or you. I only have the C-Bill variants.

We already have documented hitbox locations of mechs on the forums and people that study them. With practice you'll be able to get at least 2 cockpit kills per match. I mostly hit them when they shutdown or distracted by a uav.

Yeah, I think it may be pretty big. Either that or it is visually easy to identify and aim at. Probably the only mech where I actually worry about getting killed that way.
