...

For example:

Match 1:
700 damage 3 kills 3 assists...
match 2:
800 dmg 4 kills 8 assists...

both wins, not spotting, no narc or tag bonus... no extras just the numbers shown...

Why would match 1 Get more XP than match 2?

I was wondering that while trying to figure out ELO.

4 kills - 4 assists - 800 damage - 80 ELO

3 kills - 4 assists - 790 damage - 89 ELO

I figure it must be component destruction and spotting assists factoring into it.

You mean match score, right? Not Elo.

You can easily get more or less component destructions with a similar # of kills/damage/etc, and each additional component is more cb/xp. Ditto for savior kills, defensive kills.

Also of course, your first win of the day grants you a big fat double XP boost
