Can we get a switch type mechanic (either hotkey, or select in settings like arm lock) to toggle the action when holding down mouse button?

Some people want regular action ac's when they do that to avoid jams, others prefer the previous setting so that you don't have to tapdance on your mouse.

Its a tough decision to try and figure out which of the two options is mandatory and enforced on the other group, so why not give players the choice?
