Well if you look back through the thread, it's taken a weekend. Around 48 hours all told, if you include sleeping and such, It was a bit of a challenge. I was hoping to have it all printed out and made by Sunday night but alas, it was not to be :)
Modelling wise, it's just a poly mesh. I start with a box or cylinder and extrude etc.

Right then. Last night I test built one of the legs, the torso and a couple of other little bits. it's a little fiddly in places but not beyond the scope of someone with a little patience. Also, the good news is, the legs are strong enough to hold the weight of the torso. However I believe this is largely because I pasted the leg parts onto thin card before cutting out and assembling. There aren't any instructions per-se but the parts are numbered and I will include images of the assembled model showing which part goes where.

Would you prefer the PDO for viewing in Pepakura or a PDF?

Please PM me an email address where I can send it.

Anyone else interested in a copy, I will be making it publicly available with a couple of camo variations in a week or so if you can wait that long.

Right then, We're almost there.

I've completed a build and fixed all the bugs that I could find in the PDO.
I'm hoping to make this available from my DA site later tonight.
Sadly, the texture swapping function doesn't work in Pepakura Viewer 3 because it's complaining about not having a material set. It works perfectly fine in viewer version 1.02, though which is also still available free from the Pepakura site (click on the link).

Okay, it's ready, go and get it from my DA page. Use the Download button on the top, right of that page to download the RAR file.

From one paper model builder to another ......... OUTSTANDING WORK !!!!!!!!!!

Love it. You got some seriously great skills.

Thank you for sharing this great model.

Edit : Just downloaded the model.

The amazing thing is you did this all in weekend. Even draw up instructions on how to build. And not just instructions, damn good ones too.

AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!

If you download the file, it is in PDO format. I did this so that the textures could be changed

If you use viewer version 1.02 it works but if you use the new viewer version it has issues.
