When I was reading threw the Heavy mech poll alot of people were arguing over hit boxes. is there any chance the devs would release the sketch art? it could help in the decision process.

This would be nice but since the poll is to decide which one they are actually going to develop I doubt they have spent any real time on the design concepts yet.

It was mentioned in the Town Hall that there is concept art for the Grasshopper, not sure about the BK.
