There is a glitch where 2 mechs get stuck together and it takes out the legs on one or both mechs.

This actually killed me during a competition drop, and it is highly frustrating, it has never happened to me before, and frankly it is absolutely terrible to have a situation where 2 mechs can glitch into each other and lose components.

I had this happen between two Ravens once. My ally got gradually killed by the legging and I got freed after he died, but I was left cored. If I remember, it happened when I ran off a cliff and landed into the other Raven at a 45 degree angle.

We laughed it off, and it's something that I'd expect to happen with real 'mechs, so I never considered complaining about it.

That I can recall..
1. A friendly Timby JJ right on top of my light... I some how double legged him in seconds and got a nice TK for it... Horrible collision damage for me as well.
2. Just to day... While having a face off with an enemy raven near forest colony's lower tunnel exit.. My Jenner got glued to the enemy Raven right in the corner.... And we both got hosed down by enemy/direwolf autocannon spam.

You know why we need proper collisions despite the associated cost? This is the reason. People are so used to running headlong into anything, they actually complain when it breaks their game.

Sounds like someone doesn't drive fast and thinks collisions can be avoided 100%...

In this situation, my Jenner used JJs to hop onto an elevated position and fire down on mechs below. That same time I landed, a Summoner landed on top of me from my own team in the same location and I was double legged instantly, and he was legged on one leg while the other was left cored and nearly gone.

Collisions would mean I would have fallen over, and so would he, or what not.

That would not have instantaneously killed me by double legging.
