I am thinking about running this build as soon as I get another 2D, LRMmando.

EDIT: Just played a game in this. Hilarity did ensue. Got 400ish dmg and 188k C-bills. This might be a primary C-bill maker. It makes more than my heros on a win here lately.

I did a pretty similar thing when I was mastering the commando's out.

2x lrm 5, a tag laser and all the ammo...

It was a kill stealing, missile vomit machine.

Last week I encountered a peculiar Locust. Pugging on Frozen City our team had its first contact. I press 'R' for some info and my eye is immediately drawn to the armor/structure outline of the mech, as there is absolutely no armor! I immediately switch to the mech name and am stunned when I see it was a Locust that had engaged our line. I would have liked to have seen it's weapon load-out, but in that very, very short moment of time and me being stunned with surprise, the Locust had already disintegrated under my team's fire, the paper doll and its alluring weapon load info lost to me.

Farewell crazy/insane Locust, I'll probably never see you again.

Spectated a dude running a Dire Wolf with 2 machine guns.
Not a typo.

TWO. MACHINE. GUNS.

Also, at least seven-and-a-half tons of ammo, because by the time I started spectating him, he still had 14k + change in rounds.

I was the second-to-last guy on our team to die. When I died, two enemies were left. This non-Dairy Whale was the last guy. LOL

All the guys on our team had a pretty good laugh about it once we saw it, though. Including the player himself. One of the lulziest moments I've ever had in MWO.

I saw a no-armor Commando running LRMs on Caustic once...

I just had a look on Smurfy's. Assuming he didn't feel the need for any more DHS past the 15 that come stock, him equipping the massive 7 ton Mk7 Targeting Computer and an Active Probe.......that would still leave room for 42 tons of MG-ammo (though there'd be only 31 slots free): http://mwo.smurfy-ne...b504f44b40e557b

You can run the build with SRM4s or 6s without issue. There is literally no reason to run with SRM2s, unless using a gigantic STD engine, or just too much ammo, more than is ever needed, or used in a match.

What? not really..

CN9-AH

Short on ammo, barely fast enough and had to strip armour to make it fit. - and thats with 3xSRM4 with no Artemis. 6s are just completely out of the question with an AC20, especially since 6s need artemis to not suck. I can easily see why someone might go with 3xSRM2 to go a bit faster/have more ammo (though the above build is probably what id use for more alpha)

Also, STD Engines.

A little slower than the XL variant but almost the same ammo (though i'd probably trade one ton of SRM ammo for an extra ton of AC20 ammo) and increased durability. It's also pretty fun when you need to keep your heat a little in check to use the SRMs in chain fire for one continous missile vomit.

On a less serious note: The Flamer Flame!

That one's actually mine. Hasn't seem much action recently but I'm planning to get it back into combat shape eventually.

4 lrm5 Oxide, though no one can give an exact reason why they believe this is a joke build.
Have actually been greeted in the Lobby with "Hey Tractor. Glad to see you aren't running the Lrm Oxide"
Which is crazy because with tier 5 lrm5 range and cooldown this mech can lay the smack down pretty well. Its excellent for getting behind enemy positions and getting out before their lights can find me.

A Thunderbolt 5SS with a single ERLL and an A-LRM20. Not sure if the beast is quirked for those weapons or something, but it's a build I would never ever ever take. Too few weapons, too much close range vulnerability.

That Oxide could take Ferro and have another half ton to upgrade the engine 10 pts or have another half ton of ammo. Could be a whole ton if you'd be willing to drop some armor.

I saw a Stalker 4N with 4 Small Lasers, 2 LPLs, and 2 ARLM5 + 1 ALRM10. It took me too long to relize it was an actual thing I forgot to take a screenshot. On paper, the thing looks kinda alright, but small lasers on a Stalker?

Attempted recriation
