Swap the Dual LRM 20's for Quad LRM 10's and its ok for a lermer.

The LRM 10's weight less (more ammo), have faster cool down, tighter spread but run hotter.

Its my go to aiming is optional mech

I only got one lerm mech and this is it.

I have seen it all in the game. From good builds to complete what the heck were you thinking builds.
This is no lie just the other day i seen a Timber Wolf with nothing by small lasers. So i know it can hold more then just lasers. All small lasers not even a pulse.

I also seen a Timber Wolf nothing but LRMS!!! Some may think well it can hold alot of LRMS and well join the list of FACEPALMING BUILDS!!!!

found a hellbringer with ecm, narc and a CLRM 20 today. think it was in the single tube launcher as well. going with troll mech on this one though.

there is an awesome variant that is a very effective LRM boat, provided the pilot has situational awareness

That would be the Awesome 8R. I like that missile boat, but I always run it with 3 back-up Medium Lasers and you'll never find me standing in the back field with some other missile boats, but in the second line ready to share armor and everything.

Scrapping all back-up weapons for more ammo is a great sin IMO. I'd rather run dry and join the fray with those lasers. I've had a good number of games where my Awesome got a good number of kills in the late game by using those ML and just getting up in enemy mechs their faces to help shield more damaged team mates that still had far better firepower. Being a walking barn can make you shield friends like a boss.

NOTE: Swap the SRM6s for a quartet of RL20s(yes, it has to use singles to fit them, but your long term weapon is a single ERML, and standards should be more than enough), and the ML with an ERML.
