Well, i would like to get the Ultimate Clan Reward, but i cannot pay with my Paysafecard!

How long will it take until we can use it again?

Why did you throw out a new Package without having all "main" payment methods re-enabled?

Will we get the Ultimate Clan Reward when we buy the Men-O-War Collection AFTER the 23rd September?!

Will there be a compensation for the 1. Month Reward ending at 30th September, when YOU not be able to add the paysafecard as a payment method before that Date?!

And no, i have not a CC nor an PayShit, oops... PayPal Account...

I think you can pay by debit card, im sure i have done before.

Or just make a paypal account and be done with it...

it is currently 02:20 where PGI is (Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada) so if there will be any work to get that as a payment option it will most likely start sometime after 08:00.

Why are you so opposed to paypal?

I'm pretty sure you will get the Ultimate Clan reward for as long as you can buy both packages but not the 30/9 bonus award.

I've paid 6 days ago and still have no confirmation of my order, so paypal is definitely not a guarantee to meet your 30/9 bonus...

There was another thread about this a few weeks ago, seems to be a german thing, they like paysafe cards.
A bit like the US and UK are paypal heavy.

Maybe one of those Visa gift card deals would work. I've never used one on a game myself, just bought a lot of coffee with it.

it just hit the 23, and remember, this is based on essentially east coast american time. you still have something like 12+ hours for them to get it in if it was a promised feature before you can complain.

https://mwomercs.com/profile/preorders if you see the Gargoyle package listed you are good to go, if you got the email from paypal saying payment was sent you are good to go. if you do not meet one or both of those requirements then email support or send Russ a tweet.

See thats the thing, i know a lot of Euro folk who have zero issue with PayPal. A good portion of my water cooling setup has come from Germany and the default payment method is PayPal. It wasnt until MWO that i even heard of playsafe...

No, unfortunately it does not. Paypal indicates the transaction went well. I sent two e-mails to MWO support from both my Paypal and my MWO e-mail accounts that have been confirmed to have been received by support but no reaction on either one. This is now approaching working day 4, slightly more that I would like.

(I received a processing error upon purchase from the MWO site so sent an e-mail immediately, just to be safe).

We'll see...
