When match starts, my mech starts moving backwards. Pressing any chat key or map key "b" stops the mech. Mech also wont turn left or right. It was fine few matches ago but suddenly a total lost of controls.

I wonder how it suddenly bugged, as my joystick has been attached to my PC since... 2011? Gonna give it a try. I would understand if I touch accidentally joystick and it messes up the system, but it wasnt the case (it's on a shelf when i'm not using it).
I managed to get controls back by alt-tabbing and pressing alt+shift in frustration, but lost controls when I pressed map key or tried to write something in chat. Weird **** going on.
EDIT
...
removed my drawing tablet, and it fixed the movement... wtf

Okay, my problem was (fingers crossed) similar, but I could only go backwards/forwards and other wonkyness. Thanks!
Removing my drawing tablet also removed the problem, which is really odd as I dont seem to have any usb problems. And alt+shift trick only worked once (that's why I tought it was related to keyboard language change), as in next match it didnt help at all. Restarting the client also did nothing.

MWO is a little picky about peripherals, especially those NOT being used ... Had the same problem with a flightstick I didn't actually use but wich was plugged in.
