Sure it's been mentioned before, but a super easy to implement feature that would be wonderful for every group leader who has ever wished they could tune out and look at Facebook while their unbelievably slow teammate spends 5 minutes in mechlab after every single match is a checkbox titled 'Launch When All Teammates Ready'.

You check it. You don't have to keep an on eye on whether your teammates are ready anymore. Suddenly nobody minds being group lead.

Sure it's been mentioned before, but small effort -> big gain. Give it to a new dev getting his feet wet or something. ;-)
