Yeah because it's totally possible to flail around a halberd or two-hand heavy sword when you're missing an arm and a lung....

I think Chivalry Medieval Warfare is about right in my opinion. I haven't ever played a game that felt like sword fighting until that game.

Funny thing is that CMW is just Elder Scroll games combat, but with the addition of that you cannot hold the parry using just a sword.

I would love to see a Star Wars mod of CMW.
