Hi

I got the 10th position in the Tournamente with the clan lights. I expected to recive the prize, 300, but I only got the 10million cbills for the victory.
Because this is my first tournament I don't know if there is a delay in the "payment", I would like to know if I'll get em; I am running low on mechbays :D

The MC is(as far as I know) a manual injection and not an automated one like the C-bill reward, so it will take a little longer before the MC is awarded to the top winners.

A ticket to support@meomercs.com wouldn't hurt, but I would not expect them to have all of the MC injections done just yet.

Actually, is there a "formal" way to do this kind of questions to the support?

Email to the address above is the formal method. There is no in-game link.

There is a submit form on the website (currently broken) but it just ends up in the same place as the support@mwomercs.com email address anyway. I never used the web form even when it was available because it did not allow for attachments (such as screenshot or error logs).
