The price of the Mastery Packs is half the cost of the contents regular MC price, so yeah, they are kind of a permanent sale

I am trying to convince myself that buying the victor pack is bad and i should be punished for my sins,so far ive been successful in that,but just barely.

Victors are pretty solid. I didn't realize there was a Victor mastery pack, but I might be thinking of the starter packs again.

Personally I hate the Dragon Slayer. A side torso energy slot on a Victor -- where 100% of my builds are arm-weapon-based + streaks so everything uses the "o" crosshair) leaves it to be a complete waste. Also once someone sees that it's a Dragon Slayer it becomes a higher priority than anything else out there. Given the choice between shooting a brawling meta Atlas D-DC, a Dire Wolf with twin Gauss and ER PPCs, a 6 AC Dire Wolf...and my Victor, they will shoot and kill my Victor first every time. And if they don't, it's because they had to shoot through the mech I was hiding behind to get to me.

But a Victor... Slap in an LBX and AC/5 combination, some ML and streaks... Highly heat efficient DPS brawlers with good speed that can run circles around Clan assaults and easily deal with most threats.

If the Dragon pack comes with Flame (89 kph AC20/4 medlaser deliverysystem) and the champion + 1C go for it,they are hardmode,but really nice reality check for every tryhard in the block.

do I have to finish mastering the commando before it shows up?

how did you buy it, was it with MC from the in game store or was it from the gift store?

from the ingame store it should be yours instantly.

if from the gift store you would have been emailed a code which you need to redeem on this website ^{(look up the top for redeem)}, after redeem restart MWO and it should be injected into your account.
