Okay, so you've decided to drive a Clan mech with a billion weapons and you want to arrange them in some logical order, such as perhaps firing the left arm weapons on one key and the right arm weapons on another. Sounds simple enough... except when presented with 10+ weapons in the arm slots, it becomes a process of trial and error to figure out which weapon is on which side of the mech. Same idea applies with torso weapons - maybe you want your head slot medium lasers on another mouse key from the other medium lasers to shoot over obstacles... again, trial and error to figure out which one it is.

This wasn't really a concern until Clans came out... Stalkers could mount a ton of weapons and were symmetrical, and I guess Banshees suffered from similar problems, but some of the mechs - I'm looking at you, trial Dire Wolf - are a time-consuming mess to sort their weapons by side when there's no apparent logic to the weapon placement in the list vs. where they are on the mech.

Just a suggestion.
