How many MC will the Top hat addon be?

Will the Cane cost tonnage/criticals to carry? if so will we at least be able to use it for melee?

Yup, definitely needs a top hat to go with that monocle.

dont forget the cane

how epic would it be to see an AS-7 just club a Dashi in the face with a cane. Even if it did 1 damage the dashi would just have to eject in shame..
