I swore I would never open this unit for recruitment... but I will give it a shot because I am sick and tired of PUG groups! So I am looking for an XO and recruitment officer. We will be organized in the style of inner sphere mercenary companies. At first we are looking for a total of 12 mechwarriors, each lance led by a Lieutenant, and each company (3 lances) led by a captain. We will eventually expand to 4 companies to form a battalion, with officers being drawn from the best of the first three lances.

I am looking for solid players, but not requiring professional gamers. Decent people who play a few times a week. Family oriented individuals are welcome. Participating in lance challenges and playing together in PUG groups in order to salvage some of the stupidity will be our first order of business. I am planning on activating a ventrilo server again for voice comms, unless someone has a better suggestion.
