Is there a way to purchase packages, battlemechs etc outside of the game IE on the website? I dont always see the items i read about online, available in the store ingame. I know i can purchase MC from the website so i figured it would make sense to be able to purchase other things.

You purchase pre-release packs on the website (both Clan waves right now), other bundles, etc. have to be bought in-game.

I have a video tutorial that goes through all your question. It'll show you where to find the bundles in the store and a place to go in the UI that will point you to the website to buy packs. Hope this helps.
