TBHO: Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 2000hrs, EST (mandatory muster time at 1930EST)

Clan Nova Cat-Alpha Galaxy is hosting a series of invitational, community tournaments this month (and in the coming months) which randomly team warriors from one clan/team with warriors of another clan/team to fight it out for glory and the promise of some prizes here and there! "Blood, Bones, and Bolts" is the name of the series which we will be promoting until the end of the year.

Primarily, these tournaments are designed to allow warriors and senior members of other clans/teams to come together and play with and interact with members of clans/teams which they may not have ever have had the opportunity to play or drop with. These tournaments are designed to help such teams perhaps find some new online contacts, some teams to scrimmage with in the future, or some guys to drop with when your team's Teamspeak is empty.

The tournaments themselves are single-elimination, first to win 2 rounds wins on the map specified. Tonnage limits and maps change with each bracket. Championship round is the first to post 2 wins.

If this sounds like something that your clan or team is interested in, email me at lordskeletor@gmail.com and I'll email you a flier--or drop by Clan Nova Cat's TS3 server to chat for a bit: novacat.teamspeak3.com:6614 .

Clan Star Adder- Theta Galaxy has graciously agreed to host the teamspeak services for the night of the tournament. They can be found at Clan Hub: 198.37.118.56 pw: StranaMechty

Here are the brackets for the tournament:

CI standing by! Kind of curious how the event is going to run starting at 8pm Eastern (by the way my PacCoast people will be a little late to the muster call). From what I understand the last one went late into the night.

JoePsycho or I are going to be your primary contacts for this match. You have both our emails.

Though we thought we were already paired with RRB. Is that not the case.?

Edit: Also though it was mixed 12v12? <confused>.

Looking forward to it regardless!

Cheers
Ihasa

Okay...to address your questions; here we go:

1) Yes. This event is scheduled upon the Eastern time zone. Mandatory muster for your team is 1930 hours EST; However, as long as you have a team leader and most of your guys there, it's fine. We use this early check-in time to ensure that all teams are present and accounted for and fully understand the rules. We did run over by about an 90 minutes last time---due to about 7 tie-games. We have eliminated the possbility of tie games and the entire thing should be over with before 2330 hours, EST.

2) You (Comstar Irregulars) are paired with Ransom's Corsairs. Robinson's Rangers are teamed up with Golden Keshik. The brackets are already randomized for this event. You can head over to Clan Hub (198.37.118.56 pw: StranaMechty) and go to the bottom of the page for more info (or check my first post in this thread), including bracket/team assignments, rules, our infomercial, and more information.

3) This series (Blood, Bones, and Bolts) is a set series of "Community Tournaments" which basically split half of your team numbers with another clan or team. We've already had a 2v2, 6v6, (this is the 8v8), and in December, we'll have the final event---the 10v10 tourney. This is not a 12-man event.

If you have any other questions, drop by our Teamspeak and either find me--or read the rules posted in our Teamspeak channel devoted to the tournament! Hope to see you guys soon!
