Revised Points system:
- Kill = 2 points
- Assist = 3 points
- Spot = 3 points
- Victory = 4 points
Now in less than 2 hours you can complete the challenge...

Either that or an idea I had before: "kill assist" if you're the person that dealt the most damage to the component that resulted in a kill (i.e. right torso, or either leg). "assist" if you dealt any damage at all to any component.
With major and minor assists, we could measure performance on the endgame score in Assist Credits or Assist Points instead. Maybe 3 points for a major, and 1 for a minor.

Most light mechs will often win a match with 1 kill, 9 assist, and 200 dmg.
An Assault mech will often win a match with 4 kill, 3 assist, and 800 dmg.
In either case above, the player gets 22 points.
I can just image all the pro's just laughing at this... ..200 dmg in a light? That is like child's play..

In either case above, the player gets 22 points. The idea is that with kills and assists being equal, lights get more points because they rake in the assists and assaults get shafted because they can't possible do the same, so we add damage to level the field. Obviously the numbers will need tweaked, but I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this.

Does the premium time you win in these challenges activate immediately? Because all of a sudden I'm on premium time and I didn't activate it at all.
If it does that's a pain because I don't have time to take advantage of it right now...
Cheers.

Well, check that. Yesterday I didn't update the rewards until I closed down the client and restarted. Don't know if that'll happen today, but if it does, and if it works for everyone, you could close out the client and not restart until you can actually use the time.

WHO'S RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS?
There's things belonging to the missis in the bathroom that look very similar, but they are certainly not rabbits feet!

+1, I played quite a few tonight to get the challenge and I don't even know if I'll even get to benefit from that premium time, since I've got a busy schedule tomorrow. Out of the 24 hours, I'll probably only use 2 hours.
6 hours of non-activated premium would have been much better, would have used it next saturday
I know PGI is trying to organize some events... but it seems it's constantly missing its target, hardcores and casuals are both still wondering what PGI is trying to do.
