Hi all.
I've been thinking about making an ERLL sniper and was wondering what suggestions you may have for Mech/Loadout?
I've had a few other snipers like the raven and cicada but now i'd like to try and max it out.
I want to find a target and hit it hard with lots of ERLL before having to move back into cover and adjusting position ready to fire again.
OK here are my requirements for this mech...
As many ERLL as i can fit. Course this has me thinking how many ER LL can I chain fire before the first one is ready to fire again. Maybe i don't need loads and i can just cycle round a set amount without having to wait for any guns to reset.
Obviously I have to take Ghost heat into consideration so i'll be chain firing everything to help with heating issue, or maybe have the in groups of 2.
Also I don't want to be slow and sluggish so 80kph is a min.
I'm sure you'll all come up with other things i need to consider.
I was looking at the Awesome for it's Energy weapon bonuses but it's far too slow from what i could see, Plus Smurfy doesn't seem to adjust for mech bonuses so it leaves me wondering what else i'm missing.
Thanks all.
Psy.

wait for loko release, you can have a heavy 3 erll in the shoulder mounted mech, put tc 7 and CERLL module in ti, and you ahve a great range.
otherwise I suggest 2ERLL raven.

I have two Summoner ERLL builds:
SMN-PRIME 3xcERLL
SMN-PRIME 3xcERLL (with AMS)
You can fit four ERLLs in a Summoner (SMN-PRIME) but in my opinion it's a bit too hot and the Prime right arm gives the three ERLL builds a 10% cooldown advantage, so you're losing that with the addition of the fourth cERLL.

You will have to wait for the new quirks because the current ones on the awesome will be removed later. If you want to do it now NOW though then I already made an ER LL Awesome build that rarely overheats and I've used it in several matches:
AWS-9M ER LL x 4 80kph with Speed Tweak
AWS-9M ER LL x 4 80kph with Speed Tweak

Catapults can make decent snipers. High mounted laser points on the K2 mean you can peek hills without too much trouble and they're fairly nimble for heavy mechs if you can avoid getting charged by light wolfpacks. When I was grinding xp in my K2 I had a 4x ERLL build that worked wonders.

Catapult K2 with no endo and xl/300 can do 82kph with speed tweak and 20 double heat sinks with 4 ERLL.
Or with endo steel you can do 86kph, 19 heat sinks, and AMS
Orion-K w/ XL 360 can do 85kph, 20 heat sinks ad 4 ERLL, and some SRMs. Orion w/ XL is kind of silly though. They lose side torsos at the drop of a hat.

Can't go wrong with SHD-2K for this, 3 high-mount shoulder energy slots, good heat efficiency with 3xERLL, easy to get them 95-100+/kph without sacrificing much if any armor or cooling. Also, JJ, so you can get pretty much anywhere, and in a hurry.
