I'm hitting lights with my lasers but am not getting any hit markers. I've had a couple of close games where it's down to me and a light with a red CT and none of my lasers' hits are registering.

Not that committed. Hopefully it's enough of a problem with other people to be recognised and investigated for a problem to be found and fixed.

Good luck with that.. I believe their support team was previously run by IGP and it is probably in shambles right now.
Don't even receive acknowledgement emails any more.
The hit detection problem with lasers had gotten worst and reported multiple time only to fall on deaf ears...

Good luck on getting from one from PGI to acknowledge this thread before it gets archived.

The tech support guys are dealing with massive backlog atm, they just replied to a ticket I sent weeks ago with an apology.

I think Russ has highlighted this in one of his posts previously.

Yeah.. Because GMs like Reppu and even Niko previously were IGP... (If I recall correctly.)

IGP pullout probably means they have to rebuild their whole support contact, escalation system and they also have to hire staff or outsource it to a 3rd party.

But.... Still doesn't explain why almost every hit detection post end up in the archive trash bin without being acknowledge for like nearly 2 years now.
