Anyone else feel that being able to customize the % that you get the heat warning message at would be a nice feature. Ideally being able to set it at different levels for different mechs.
For example my adder can avoid shutting down firing a PPC at 74% but if I fire it at 75% it shuts down. Obviously this would vary from map to map but still would be usefull I think if you set it a couple notches lower.

It's a good idea. I'd like to customize many settings for individual mechs, like throttle decay... they could put it all on the weapon grouping setup screen.

That's actually a nice idea, to put the custom settings in the weapon groups. It would take a moment to try and adjust exact percents, but it'd be worth it once you had them configured for the future.
+ we have the weapon groups available in the mechlab now, just put it there.
Though, don't we always have to factor in map heat for that? (hence why people alpha at the start to see what % it kicks them up.)
