PGI, please fix this map.

Every time I have a match on this map, my screen freezes and the ONLY way to get it to unfreeze is to hit ctrl-alt-del and start the task manager. Of course, byt the time I can do that, I'm a free kill for the red team.

I've sent in a support ticket, and the solution they told me to try did absolutely nothing.


Anyone else have these problems and did PGI's "solution" work for you?

Yes, it crashes 90% of the time. I thought it was my display driver acting up again, but there's something wrong with the map.

I see a bit of occasional slowdown. But it works for me. So far.

about 1 of every 4 times, the screen freeze leads to a complete crash of the game for me...

I might like that map, if I ever get a real opportunity to play it

I've never had this happen and I run a non supported 8600 GTS on one computer and a 650 GTX on my main.

Use the repair tool. Reboot. Use the repair tool. play game.

done that...many times

Sent a support ticket, they responded with a fix...tried that..it didn't work either

Alt-Tab out and back. It is a driver freeze of some sort. Alt-Tabbing fixes it every time I have had the issue. A total restart is unnecessary.

Alt-tab has never worked to fix it for me

I've tried that and it doesn't work for me. I have to Alt+F4 and reconnect and by that time I'm usually dead.

Alt-Ctrl-Del, call Task Manager. Always works.

This problem isn't exclusive to this map, but it seems to trip it far more often. At least that is my experience.

Never happened to me, but I get memory leaks on ALL maps instead

Yeah, this is my problem, too. I can play every other map with no problems (bar the usual MWO quirks/bugs), but the new map almost always freezes the game for me.

I've had no problems personally but it's a rare group drop that doesn't have us protecting somebody till they get back. Clearly has issues.

I've had over 100 matches on this map and have yet to have any issues but I see plenty of people who do.

Same problem here quite frequently. Almost always at the beginning of the match, sometimes during the start up sequence. While this problem isn't exclusive to this map it is by far the map that the problem occurs the most frequently on. Ctrl-Alt-Del then back in clears it as mentioned by others.

Wouldn't be surprised if the memory leak had something to do with loading map assets. This map uses quite a bit more than most.

I froze regularly on this map, but It's been working OK for me lately.

Control/Alt/Delete to task manager works for me when I freeze

I used to get them all the time.

It got worse as the Clan mechs got released (was it their 2k textures?), although I both doubled my ram....to 4 gigs, and went to a 64 bit OS, and I haven't gotten a single Mem Alloc error since.
