I shouldn't be getting as low as 20-30 frames at times. I have a brand new gtx 760 that I've even overclocked to get better performance. I'm running everything on high with low AA. I should be able to theoretically pull 80-100 FPS average. Also some massive fps spike-drops happening.
Anyone else experiencing this?
