Missing Ghost Bear Item?

Apparently the hanging item for Clan Ghost bear is missing from my skills window. I have falcon, wolf and smoke jaguar.. ..but no bear. This makes me a sad bear, even more so it is content I got from Masakari pack that is missing... :(
