Just finished a game and when I looked at the screen my battlemaster that I just used had the yellow caution warning. Scroll over it and it says I have unused LRM ammo. Went into configure and no warning. Backed out, and the warning was gone.
I do have LRMs and LRM ammo equipped but it shouldn't say I have unused LRM ammo.

There is some bugs with the UI, if nothing went wrong with your loadout and it changed back then dont worry. Just send a ticket to support rather then posting here. They need to know directly so emails to support are a better way then just posting them here and hoping someone of importance finds them.
Been having similar issues myself, when i come back from a game all my mechs are invalid (all 86) until i hit the home button and then re enter the mech lab.
