So I had several clan mechs before I decided to buy the Masakari Set. So now I have 3 of the same variant but the x2 only works for one even though I had 2 different mechs. Shouldn't the bonus be tagged to each mech individually rather than the variant?
Also the store did not give me a NVA-S, SCR-C and a SMN-D when I bought the Masakari Set. Sent an email to support. How long does it normally take for them to respond to an email, several days, weeks? Just wondering when I should start checking my email for a response.

No, the bonus is per-variant not per individual chassis, and always has been. As a Legendary Founder you should know this from the Founder 'Mechs -- get the bonus on the Founder's Jenner, and the bonus disappears from any normal JR7-D chassis you have. You only get the bonus once from each variant, no matter how many of them you own.
