For a start make SL 0.25T and SPL 0.5T. There's barely any reason to take them as they are when a 1T ML will do everything better.

i feel that a 50-75 min range increase, into 100-150 long range increase,
will put lasers where they need to be, as the initial graph(graph like text) shows,
at how it works at large lasers min range, medium lasers still do 4-5 damage,
but at medium laser min range, small lasers do 0 damage,
