You might have better luck reminding him on Twitter. Also, just to clarify, the King Crab is NOT released next week, but on 16 December (unless there was an announcement I missed?). The bonus AS7-S and CN9-AH are both injected into accounts eligible for anniversary rewards next week (21 October).

yes i know bout the KGC...

and why shouldnt they be more active on their own site? i shouldnt have to go to twitter ( which i dont use) ...

Nikko is still plowing through a massive support backlog, last I heard. While this thread might catch his attention in a few days, I wager that he'll see a question on Twittter sooner. Man's only human.

Also they have just recently transitioned back to their forums. Up until a few months ago, twitter was the preferred medium for communication and you have to consider they have a ton of people who are now used to going there as opposed to here to communicate so they just can't abandon them completely.
