Finally have time to play more than a couple of quick games for the first time in a while, but I don't see any "weekend event" announcement.

Did I just miss it?

Still early. If there is one the announcement might come later in the day...closer to 1pm PST. If nothing by then, then probably no event.

The current trend is an event every week. Been a long time since we didn't have something, although some are more or less detailed.

Prepare to have your base capped this weekend. If you don't like being capped out, Skirmish is still 100% direct combat (and a slightly lower payoff than the other two modes that have multiple objectives)

Well looks like there is absolutely no incentive for me to play this weekend. I have the Shadowhawks from the Phoenix Package and bought the Stormcrow Ala Carte and I already have 5 extra mech bays waiting for the release of the Warhawk.
