Hello everyone,

I've just bought the final kit fox in the aim of having elite efficiency for them. However I've noticed that all the KFX have the exact same CT layout, which means that no matter which one I'm running I can do the exact same build I could with any other using omnipods. Are there plans to have central omnipods differ between omnimechs of a same family or can I sell all but one once I've finished eliting them ?

The CT is the only pod you can't change, i.e. that's what decides what variant it is, so you can't change it. Some chassis have differences between the CT of the different variants. KitFox, not so much.

Exactly, what I'm trying to say is that once I have elite, since the CT doesn't change anything for a kitfox I might as well keep only one. The real questions are :
- Are there any plans to differentiate CT for kitfox
- Do elite efficiencies stay after you've unlocked them if you sell some of the variants

There are no plans announced to differentiate the Kit Fox center torso pod. Some clans mechs do have different CTs or different heads, but generally most of them have no hardpoints or quirks in the CT. If you only want ONE Kit Fox build after you skilled them up, you may as well sell the other two.

Yes, if you sell mechs thier skill unlocks remain, so once you unlock whichever tier you plan to reach you can sell excess chssis(whether you only want to go as far as elite or all the way to Master is up to you)

Thanks, I guess I'll do that :)

Go for mastery. More cbills and module slot. Do that for all 3 while you're at it. After that decide what you want to do with them. I kept all of mine.

It's helpful to have them to let you run multiple builds, and CW will allow you to use more than one of a variant/chassis in your drop deck if you own multiples, bu newer players will have less money and less mechbays so it an be in their interest to free up some CB and bays to move on.
