So far I've invested about $12.00 in treats for this holiday. They should have me cleaned out in a couple of hours.

£0.00
in my part of the UK Halloween is not treated the same as in the US, it is mostly just under 10s going around with there parents knocking on the doors of people they know, and even that is mostly finished before I am home from work.

I'm well over $200 so far and will keep buying stuff as things go on sale. I live in a high kid traffic area and like to spoil them.

In one of my previous homes, we would average about 700 kids on Halloween. Was an old Victorian with a nice scary porch that we rigged up for maximal spookiness. Just watching the tortured expressions on kids as they weighed the concept of free candy vs certain disembowelment... oh man, I miss those days!!

We're still building our collection of Halloween decorations. It's nowhere near as scary as it could be.

Yes! The thrill of a spooky night with all the treats. One of the best nights of the year!
