I have been critical of PGI at times, especially regarding the payment snafu with Wave 2. But in general I have to commend their responsiveness to the community as of late. Good job and keep up the good work on that front.
Avoiding these problems is the gold standard, but recent responsiveness is good for community trust and confidence.
