Aren't the non-30% bonus CBill versions supposed to be on sale for cbills/MC too?
Or are they just coming later?
Will there be a differentiators between them other than the skin (Like the (P) phoenix variants)?

I don't think I've seen a date ever mentioned. They probably will become available to anybody sooner or later. As of right now the only exclusive mech designs have been cosmetic ones like the Sarah's Jenner and the Founder mechs.

Those still aren't exclusive. Hero mechs are the exclusive ones.

No. These should remain exclusive to a, "Thank You" bonus.
