We have another Hot Fix scheduled for today!
As mentioned in yesterday's Patch Notes, our new Rewards 2.0 could be subject to change.
After reviewing the first day of data, we felt confident moving forward to Rewards 2.0.1 and cashing out more on:
- Assists: From 2500 CB to 3500 CB / 20 XP to 40 XP
- Component Destruction: 10 XP to 15 XP
- Losses: 10000 CB to 20000 CB
- Capture Pulse: 25 CB to 100 CB
- Lance Formation: 60 CB to 120 CB
- Protected Medium: 65 CB to 100 CB
- Protected Light: 65 CB to 100 CB
- Protect Proximity: 55 CB to 90 CB
This hot-fix will also include the removal of rewards which were incorrectly delivered in yesterday's patch.
Players experiencing any load-out issues are asked to strip and re-equip their 'Mechs to correct the issue.

This hot-fix is scheduled for 3PM PDT \ 6PM EDT \ 10PM UTC today, October 22nd.
Edit: Due to an issue discovered in testing, this hot-fix has been rescheduled for 10AM PDT \ 1PM EDT \ 5PM UTC tomorrow, October 23rd.
This will include a patch to the game files and to our servers and could take up to an hour to deploy and test.

Promote the roles but do not punish (especially) lost match rewards.
So, this looks a step in the right direction.

Looking better. Step back in the right direction to help out the new player.

I do OK with the new rewards, but I really felt sorry for the new player. The bump from 10000 to 20000 for a loss and 2500 to 3500 for an assist should help out the inexperienced MechWarrior!

Thank you. That should help even up the scoring a bit, particularly on "bad" games.

Good step in the right direction! But a little more change needed....

Remove Tag rewards for brawling!

Remove Solo Kill altogether!

Make Lance Formation something that goes up with allied mechs in the area but not tied to some silly concept of lances.

Get rid of Hit and Run. This only encourages people to stop shooting!

Add focus fire reward for more mechs hitting the same target at the same time.

I keep telling people they just need to be patient, statistic collection takes some time...this is great!

I would love to see some of the TAG Damage rewards reallocated to a Focus Fire award, too. The TAG Damage bonus is pretty crazy.

Everyone can put their pitchforks away (at least on hold :P).
The community spoke and PGI duly answered (the next day I might add).
Just fine tuning to a new system, normal stuff when implementing changes this significant. Let's wait and see the final result. I think it'll be interesting...

Screaming at the Devs definately helps though. It's how they know we feel there's an issue they need to look into.

I think hit and run was meant to be a thing for lights and possibly fast mediums.

Apply to enemy scout units.

Yes, it'd be stupid to take that away. A light who tries to face an atlas head on is stupid, hit and run is suppose to encourage good light behavior.

Just a few suggestion:
Make Brawler reward activate from kill most damage only instead of solo kill.
remove solo kill.
Find some other area to buff to compensate for removing solo kill

There is still too much emphasis on getting killshots and that's going to create kill steal drama.
