Well?

Come on the Panther? the Grasshopper??

The bloody Zeus???? Zeus is a great mech, for a heavy!!

Come on Russ and Co how about a real classic beast of a assault mech like the Behemoth? if you want to get that cash you folks have got to be more thoughtful, bold, and knowledgeable about the mechs your going to sell with.

Just a thought fellas.

The Marauder isn't an assault mech, she's a 75 tonner, sorry to rain on your dreams and all...

That being said, where are the War Hammer's and Hammer Hands hiding too?

Perhaps you might want to google "Unseen".

Or even use the Search feature under "Marauder" on the forums. You'll find the same answer as the last 3,512 people to ask.

Wouldn't it be nice if Golden Harmony did not exist, and PGI had the rights to every mech ever designed?

I'm sure they could get in touch with Big West or Studio Nu, the owners of the Macross IP, and work something out, just to be able to put HG (Harmony Gold) in their place....

Wow. If you know what a Marauder and a Warhammer are then you should know the answer to the question. <_<

The rights to those mech's are owned my Harmony Gold. The biggest patent troll of all time. It is almost guarantied that we will never see them in MWO.

no, actually HG doesn't own squat. They got international rights to the shows that made up Robotech, from a company that never actually had them in the first place.... So it's all a bunch of mean paper tigers lawyers that are holding it up...

Marauder would be a slam dunk for me. That was my go to mech back in the first, 1st person Mechwarrior game that ever came out. I wouldn't even care if it was a top mech or not, I would play it anyway.

Alas, HG sucks.

You don't deserve a marauder for that amount of stupidness. It is MY marauder.

IIc is 85 tons of pulsating pleasure mate, and considering clan wave two will arrive before the resistance pac, this would have been the perfect time.

I will also point out that the Marauder IIc is as much of a bloody classic iconic mech as the Mad-dog, and could be used in the same fashion by Russ and co as the mad-dog is to work long time fanatics into a frenzy. I myself would spend a truly unwise amount of money to pilot one.

The Zeus??? come on not even close.

I don't really mind if you're unfamiliar with the situation, but I did find this part funny.

It being the IIC makes a lot of difference, not much from a current art work issue, but makes more sense as an assault mech.

Hey! what a fantastic bunch of abuse, snark and attempted know-it-all-itis!! Thanks guys!!

Heaven forbid I try to encourage Russ and Co to pursue the marauder on a harmless thread right??

Well I'm sure you all will want to get back to bitching for and against JJ changes, and whining and praising the new reward system!! right!!!???

Poor old Johnny will just stay here and try to bring up some mechs.

1) Just because it has the IIc designation doesn't free it from the legal quagmire that surrounds the regular Marauder.
2) It's a second line mech, so not Omni, so don't expect it for a long time.

Bloody hell you really are a troll, fact is as a 30 year BT vetran I know for a fact that the Marauder IIc is NOT a bloody classic iconic mech, it is a second liner, translated for you this means that no real trueborn warrior would willingly drive one, is was reserved for garrison duty and homeworld defence by Solahma units so get your facts right before you blast PGI for not knowing their mechs.

The problem with you pure computer playing nerds is that you think that the Mechwarrior games are the holy grail for which mechs are iconic, fact is that the second you think iconic you must also think Battletech as this is the foundation where all the Mechwarrior games are born.

The second fact is that PGI have said time and again that there will be no second line clan mechs comming any time soon so quit whining about this.
