If Catalyst can make a phoenix Warhammer that doesnt piss off HG, and then IWM can produce a mini of that Phoenix Warhammer that doesnt piss off HG, then surely it follows that MWO can create a mech based off the phoenix warhammer that doesnt piss off HG. This goes for the rest of the reseens, that all have current artwork and miniatures in Battletech.

Like many people have been saying for over two bloody years, we won't see any of the Unseen and most likely won't see their IIc counterparts.

HG would sue, in the case of the Unseen- doesn't matter whether or not they had/have the rights, it's just how they roll.
The IIc versions are indeed second-line Clan Mechs, we'll see the other four first-encountered Omnis first, and then probably Totem second-liners before even seeing IIc versions of popular IS Mechs like the Jenner or Hunchback.

Oh, if you want to get uppity about people being snark maybe you should have titled your thread with the IIc designation first, rather than assume that everyone knew you were talking about it.

Incorrect. See above. Reseen versions of thse mechs exist, without HG intervention. These could easily be incorporated.

During the very first townhall meeting Russ came out and said that they would essentially have to re-see the reseen, and they didn't want to get that far away from cannon.

Unfortunately as Mektek was not pay for, this fell under HG's surprisingly permissive "We do not sue fans" policy. The second it is done for profit, HG would rock up wth their army of lawyers.

The Project Phoenix Mechs that were done by Catalyst were upgraded and made in 3060 and beyond, not the originals. They are not compatible with MWO due to new weapons/equip.
