Not sure where to put this, but every time I make a support ticket, it disappears from my ticket list, and I never get a response.

Anyone else have this problem?

Now i can but i coulden't around the time of the 1st townhall meeting.

I have this problem too Thought the Guys at PGI were ignoring me for being so Cynical ;) So i emailed my last problem. Constant machinegun SFX.
