Just registered on the enjin site and awaiting approval. I look forward to spending some time with your group to see if I am a good fit. I go back to MPBT 3025 and before that, MW2 on PC and MW1 on the SNES.

PUG play is very difficult to be effective with in invasion games, in my experience. I'd like to play with a more coordinated group.

Which mechs do you suggest possible recruits to train in? Which one to Master in first, as it were.

Are there preferred mechs for the 9th? Is there a list somewhere of Kurita mechs that can be used in CW?

There are no preferred mechs though do keep in mind, for Faction Play only IS pilots can only take IS mechs, Clans take Clan mechs.

Hunchbacks are good starter mechs that do not require huge upgrades to be effective, generally start with double heatsinks.

Have you completed the Academy? If not it will gain you a few million C-bills.

Also, lower the game's mouse sensitivity from the far right to the far left, between 0.1 to 0.2 to keep a steady aim.

Thank-you. It sounds like kurita IS pilots have access to all IS mechs. The Hunchback seems to be a good first Mech but I'd lIke to get into some of the iconic Kurita mechs.

I've finished the Academy but have a lot of work to do in training. Much more practice needed. Currently have
15 million in the bank.

I'm still relatively new to the game and the lore of Mechwarrior, but I have become infatuated with House Kurita and would love to play alongside a storied and committed unit like the 9th Sword. I'm new and favor light mechs but I'm still learning and am willing to work and play alongside my fellow warriors. I hope you'll consider me to join your unit.

The lore of Battletech/Mechwarrior is really interesting. I got introduced to it with Mechwarrior 2 Mercenaries. Kdogg and Ultra-Laser are good guys and very accommodating for many of us new folks. Fill out an application and come join us on team speak We have been having a pretty steady group going on each Saturday night so far and have many new folks so you won't feel alone

I'm fairly new to the game and am looking for someone to teach me the finer points of piloting a massive death machine. CW seems fun to me, and I hope to eventually play with a team once I fill up my mech bays.
