Trying to buy the resistance pack via Paypal but it wont log me into paypal in the popup window.

I go to a new tab and log into Paypal just fine. Tab back to MWO, try repeatedly, it continues to refuse my login.

Anyone else having this issue?

Yes I submitted a ticket. No I didn't type my password wrong (9 times). No I'm not locked out of Paypal.

I can log in, but get
Transaction declined. Try again later.

CC works fine.
